Come together with local founders, tech innovators, creatives, and community builders for an evening of connection, conversation, and craft brews. This isn’t a formal workshop or panel — it’s a chance to slow down after the day, meet folks who get your hustle, and expand your circle in a relaxed, friendly setting with Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship.
Whether you’re swapping insights over a pint, sharing stories with new friends, or just enjoying the ambitious energy, this happy hour is all about strengthening community, sparking collaboration, and celebrating the brilliant people shaping Gainesville’s tech and entrepreneurial landscape.
What to Expect:
Warm Welcome: Come as you are, come when you can. There's no such thing as late, over dressed, underdressed - whatever - at a WTE event. At our events you'll meet a warm and welcoming community of supportive, ambitious women who want to meet you!
Better Networking: We think differently at Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship. We want to connect about ideas, industry disruptions, personal passions, and big audacious dreams. We keep our events simple so we can focus our energy on authentic connections, and the culture we've created leads to better connections and deeper relationships for our members.

This month, our Gainesville Chapter is gathering at Boxcar at Depot Station, a lively neighborhood spot located in Gainesville’s historic Depot Park district. Known for its relaxed atmosphere, rotating food trucks, craft beer, and live music, Boxcar offers a vibrant outdoor setting where community and conversation come naturally.
With plenty of space to mingle and a laid-back energy that captures the spirit of Gainesville, Boxcar is the perfect place for Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship to connect, share ideas, and enjoy an evening together in one of the city’s favorite gathering spots.
