Join us as we officially launch the WTE Miami Chapter — a community designed to connect high performing, non conforming women across all industries with the resources to succeed in tech and entrepreneurship through mentorship, shared knowledge, and meaningful relationships. No gatekeeping, no membership fees, just real access to the people, conversations, and opportunities that move careers and companies forward.
Whether you’re building, scaling, exploring, or simply looking to be in the right room — this is where Miami’s next chapter begins.
What to Expect:
Warm Welcome: Come as you are, come when you can. There's no such thing as late, over dressed, underdressed - whatever - at a WTE event. At our events you'll meet a warm and welcoming community of supportive, ambitious women who want to meet you!
Better Networking: We think differently at Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship. We want to connect about ideas, industry disruptions, personal passions, and big audacious dreams. We keep our events simple so we can focus our energy on authentic connections, and the culture we've created leads to better connections and deeper relationships for our members.

Nao Madison, Managing Partner, Tomorrow Recruitment
With over 15 years of experience recruiting across creative, technical, product, and UX roles, Nao brings a global perspective on how great teams are built. Having worked across North America, the UK, Europe, Australia, and the UAE, Nao recently relocated from London to Miami to help grow and shape the city’s creative and tech ecosystem. They are also a leader in UX for Change, a global initiative that has hosted workshops, panels, and hackathons for over a decade, using design as a force for good.
Cara Stull, Founder, EmpowerHer Ventures
Cara is a financial services consultant and entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of leadership across banking, regulatory risk, and business development. She has advised Fortune 500 institutions on compliance and financial crimes prevention, leading initiatives that strengthen governance and operational integrity. As the founder of EmpowerHer Ventures, Cara is focused on advancing women in entrepreneurship through financial education, digital tools, and community. She also operates an e-commerce brand and manages a multi-state real estate portfolio, bringing deep expertise in financial strategy and execution.
